What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead the ideation, design, and development of innovative investment products, focusing on retirement solutions
Collaborate with internal teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure successful launches
Conduct market research to inform product strategy and identify growth opportunities
Manage product development timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring project milestones are met
Engage with clients and consultants to gather feedback and improve product offerings
What is Required (Qualifications)
MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
CFA, CAIA, or a comparable financial certification
8+ years of product management and development experience within financial services
Proven track record in developing and managing investment products, including target‑date funds and managed account solutions
Deep knowledge of defined contribution vehicles and familiarity with ERISA regulations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with competitive analysis, financial modeling, and pricing strategies
Proficiency with industry tools such as Morningstar Direct and Factset
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving market environment
