What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Spearhead the ideation, design, and development of innovative investment products focusing on retirement solutions
Lead cross‑functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure successful launch and management of new products
Conduct in‑depth market research to inform product strategy and identify growth opportunities
Manage product development timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring project milestones are met
Engage with clients and consultants to present new products and gather feedback for continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
CFA, CAIA, or a comparable financial certification
8+ years of product management and development experience within financial services or asset management
Proven track record in developing and managing investment products, including lifetime income solutions and target‑date funds
Deep knowledge of defined contribution vehicles and familiarity with ERISA regulations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with competitive analysis, financial modeling, and pricing strategies
Proficiency with industry tools, such as Morningstar Direct and Factset
Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage complex cross‑functional initiatives
