What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead the ideation, design, and development of innovative investment products focused on retirement solutions
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful product launch and management
Conduct market research to inform product strategy and identify growth opportunities
Manage product development timelines, budgets, and resources while tracking progress and resolving issues
Engage with clients and consultants to present new products and gather feedback for continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications)
MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
CFA, CAIA, or a comparable financial certification
8+ years of product management and development experience within financial services or asset management
Proven track record in developing and managing investment products, particularly in defined contribution and multi‑asset strategies
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with strong project management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with the defined contribution industry and understanding of ERISA
Deep knowledge of various defined contribution vehicles, including collective investment trusts and alternative investments
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Experience with competitive analysis, financial modeling, and pricing strategies
Proficiency with industry tools, such as Morningstar Direct and Factset
