Revenue Management Analyst – MSC Cruises Where passion meets opportunity. The best of your adventures is the one you have yet to sail! Your purpose is to monitor booking performance of the USA and Canadian markets, manage pricing and promotions, and make recommendations to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Your Impact

Transform data into insights, make strategic recommendations with a holistic commercial approach, and communicate effectively to leadership to get buy‑in.

Report on sales trends by channel, season, region, and category; monitor ship inventory; propose strategic pricing and promotions to maximise occupancy and revenue, creating new reports as needed.

Assist with budgeting/forecasting by pulling historical and recent data and creating models for passenger volume and revenue targets, using logical and defendable assumptions.

Perform weekly competitive benchmarking of major cruise lines’ pricing, flagging overpriced or underpriced rates, and make price change recommendations based on trends and business judgment.

Create pricing and promotions recommendations through an Excel template, receive feedback from the Corporate Revenue Management team in Geneva, apply changes, and submit final builds.

Test prices and promotions in various booking tools and verify accuracy and consistency across channels.

Assist with creating PowerPoint presentations, including weekly US Business Review Meetings.

Create and maintain promotional notices detailing rates, terms & conditions, and validity for sales and special offers for all departments.

Partner with Marketing, Sales, Contact Center, and other teams to support data needs.

Proactively seek process improvements and reporting enhancements for higher efficiency and ease of use.

Perform ad‑hoc analyses, data forensics, and data hygiene tasks as required.

Your Journey So Far

bachelor’s degree required; major in Business, Economics, Finance, or other analytics‑intensive fields a plus.

excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to provide high‑level insights to senior management and detailed technical explanations to other audiences.

strong organisational skills, time management, and attention to detail; comfortable juggling multiple tasks and adapting when needs change.

strong interpersonal skills to work closely with US offices and teams in Geneva and Naples.

strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; experience in Revenue Management, Commercial, Finance, or Marketing a plus.

advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI; comfortable manipulating large spreadsheets, building complex models, using DAX and macros.

experience with SAP Business Objects a plus.

experience with writing SQL queries a plus.

ability to multi‑task, prioritise, work independently and/or within a team.

Your Essentials
