Job Requirements And Duties
You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example, follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew.

Qualifications
Operate all equipment
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler
Prepare product
Receive and process telephone orders
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
Orientation and training provided on the job
Communication skills: verbal, written, and telephone to process orders over the phone and in person
Mathematical skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly; make correct monetary change
Motor coordination for precise movements at speed
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen
Essential Functions / Skills
Work conditions: varying weather, temperatures from 36°F to above 90°F, fumes, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces up to 500°F, sharp edges, moving mechanical parts
Physical demands: standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, carrying heavy items, pushing, pulling, climbing stairs or ladders, crouching, squatting, reaching above 72"
Driving requirements: valid driver’s license with safe driving record, insured vehicle for delivery, navigation skills, ability to drive in adverse terrain
Gross time commitment: turnout for shift handles cash, inventory, staffing; delivery personnel handle multiple trips and driving under schedule constraints
Additional Information
Forward bending, toe room constraints, crouching, squatting, reaching, and hand tasks are part of daily operations, requiring eye‑hand coordination, forceful forearm and wrist use, and frequent manipulation of pizza dough, shears, peels, and boxes.
