You bring that same leadership to Domino’s Pizza, where you are responsible for ensuring that the team at the store runs smoothly and that quality, compliance, and profitability are always top of mind.

Responsibilities

Serve as the lead for all activities during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.

Enforce company policies and procedures 100% of the time and hold the crew accountable.

Manage staffing, paperwork, scheduling, marketing, and store cleanliness to meet performance standards.

Maintain the store’s “perfect image,” protect profitability, and drive excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Operate all store equipment, manage ingredients, and prepare products.

Process telephone orders, take inventory, and complete all necessary documentation.

Keep the facility clean on a daily basis and support on‑the‑job training for new hires.

Demonstrate strong communication skills—written, verbal, and phone—as well as basic computer/touchscreen proficiency.

Show basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and the ability to give correct monetary change.

Essential Functions / Skills

Precise motor coordination for rapid, accurate handling of equipment and food.

Strong verbal and written communication to process orders and interact with customers.

Ability to use a computer keyboard or touchscreen to enter orders.

Work Conditions

Exposure to varying outdoor weather when removing trash and performing outside tasks.

In‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F or higher.

Potential contact with food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500°F.

Work in cramped areas such as a walk‑in cooler and near sharp edges and moving machinery.

Physical Requirements

Stand for most tasks; walk short distances; occasionally climb stairs or a ladder.

Lift and carry up to 50 pounds (e.g., cases of supplies) and manage carrying loads such as 12‑ to 30‑pound trays.

Push or pull heavy equipment and manage repetitive motions required for pizza assembly and maintenance.

Additional Information Driving Duties: Deliver pizza, flyers, and door hangers by car. Requires a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and access to an insured vehicle.

Essential Skills: Navigate maps, locate addresses, and handle deliveries to multi‑story buildings and other challenging sites.
