Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager / Admin to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting our upcoming office move and then managing day‑to‑day operations in our new space. The ideal candidate thrives in a flexible startup environment, balancing administrative responsibilities with people‑focused tasks to keep our team running smoothly.

Base Pay

$25.00/hr - $35.00/hr

Responsibilities

Support the upcoming office relocation and manage daily office operations in the new space. Ensure smooth administrative functions and provide people‑focused support to the team.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Prior experience in office management, administration, or operations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience with calendar management and HR‑related duties (onboarding, interviews, background checks) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment where priorities may shift quickly.
  • Proactive problem‑solver with a “can‑do” attitude.

Compensation and Benefits

$25/hr to $35/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance; HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options; 401(k) retirement account access with employer matching; paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
