Order Picker

Job Summary:
We are hiring enthusiastic Order Pickers to join our bustling warehouse in Virginia Beach, Virginia. This role is essential to our logistics operations, ensuring that products are efficiently and accurately selected for shipment. You will be a key player in our fulfillment process, working in a dynamic environment where speed and precision are paramount. Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick products from inventory based on order sheets or RF scanner data.
• Ensure the correct items and quantities are picked for each order.
• Transport picked items to the designated packing stations.
• Operate various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and order pickers, safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to facilitate efficient operations.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the consistent use of required PPE.
• Report any damaged goods or discrepancies in inventory immediately.
• Participate in stock checks and inventory management processes.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily picking targets and ensure smooth logistics.
• Understand and adhere to all warehouse safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a warehouse or order picking position is beneficial.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
• Capable of Lifting up to 45 pounds regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of warehouse safety practices and logistics workflow.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
