Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated Order Pickers to join our growing logistics operations in Provo, Utah. As an Order Picker, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately locating and retrieving specified items from warehouse shelves and preparing them for packing and shipping. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment. You will utilize technology such as RF scanners to manage inventory and track order progress. Safety is a top priority; all team members must consistently use the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow all warehouse safety guidelines. The role involves considerable movement and the potential for lifting items up to 40 lbs. - Verify product information and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Stage picked items in designated areas for packing.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and the proper use of PPE.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
- Report any stock discrepancies or equipment issues to supervisors.
- Contribute positively to team efforts and the overall logistics operations.
