Inventory Clerk

Job Summary:
Join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma as an Inventory Clerk! This role is critical for maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring the efficiency of our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for tracking stock, conducting cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and maintaining inventory records. A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach are essential for success in this position within our logistics framework.
Responsibilities:

• Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Track the movement of inventory within the facility.
• Assist in receiving and put-away processes as needed.
• Generate inventory reports for management.
• Ensure the organized and efficient storage of goods.
• Adhere to all company policies and Safety regulations.
• Proper use of required PPE .
• Support the broader Logistics operations through precise inventory management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar inventory control role.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including walking, standing, and occasional Lifting of up to 40 pounds.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
