Picker/Packer

Job Summary:
Become a key player in our fulfillment center as a Picker/Packer in Cincinnati, Ohio. We are seeking efficient and detail-oriented individuals to ensure that customer orders are accurately assembled and prepared for shipment. In this crucial logistics role, your precision and speed will directly contribute to customer satisfaction. You will work in a fast-paced environment where safety and efficiency are top priorities. Your daily tasks will involve:

• Accurately picking required items from warehouse inventory using order pick lists or scanners.
• Packing picked items safely and securely into appropriate shipping boxes or containers.
• Conducting quality checks to ensure the correct products and quantities are being shipped.
• Applying shipping labels and preparing orders for outbound transportation.
• Maintaining a clean and organized personal workspace and contributing to general warehouse tidiness.
• Strictly following all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Assisting with inventory counts and stock put-away as needed.
• Communicating any order discrepancies or equipment issues to supervisors promptly.
• Meeting established productivity targets for picking and packing.
• Contributing to a positive team atmosphere and supporting colleagues.

This role requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, perform repetitive motions, and engage in moderate lifting, generally up to 30 pounds.
