Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse shelves.
- Pack items securely for shipping, ensuring product protection.
- Verify product details and quantities against order tickets.
- Use RF scanners and other technology to track inventory movements.
- Prepare packed items for shipment, including labeling.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company safety rules and regulations, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Meet or exceed picking and packing performance standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or a warehouse role is preferred.
- Physical ability to perform frequent walking, standing, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability and a commitment to punctuality.
- Willingness to follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
