Job Summary:
Join our growing team as a Fulfillment Associate in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma! We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to play a key role in our order fulfillment process. Experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is preferred but not required. Must be able to perform tasks requiring moderate to heavy Lifting (up to 50 lbs). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational skills. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods. Understanding of Logistics and inventory management concepts is a plus. Commitment to upholding workplace Safety standards and wearing provided PPE . Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime, as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and sort incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick customer orders using an RF scanner or pick list with high accuracy and speed.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Prepare shipments for outbound delivery, including labeling and staging.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with stock rotation to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse cleanliness.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and procedures, including the correct use of PPE .
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to management promptly.
