Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on customer orders.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack orders efficiently and securely, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Verify shipping information and labels.
- Assist with receiving incoming inventory and stocking shelves.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting techniques and the correct use of PPE.
- Contribute to inventory accuracy through diligent work.
- Support the overall flow of logistics within the fulfillment center.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or picking/packing role is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand order pick lists and instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Capability of lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Understanding of warehouse safety standards and the importance of PPE.
- Familiarity with logistics and e-commerce fulfillment processes is beneficial.
