Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and retrieve items from warehouse shelves according to order tickets.
- Use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and orders.
- Inspect picked items for quality and damage before packing.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials and methods to ensure product safety during transit.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for outbound logistics.
- Achieve defined productivity and accuracy targets for order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workstation and contribute to overall warehouse cleanliness.
- Strictly adhere to all Safety policies and procedures, wearing required PPE at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management as needed.
- Communicate any operational challenges or concerns to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and moderate Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of accuracy.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory procedures.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
- Must wear all required PPE.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
