Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using handheld scanners and pick sheets.
- Verify product details and quantities against order requirements.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace to optimize picking efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damages promptly.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic material handling equipment.
- Meet established picking quotas and quality standards.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks, such as stocking and cycle counts, as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and cooperative team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive lifting.
- Experience with warehouse scanning equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics setting.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Willingness to follow all safety instructions and wear required PPE.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
