Responsibilities:
- Accurately locate and pick items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets.
- Verify product information and quantities before packing.
- Stage picked items for the packing station.
- Maintain an organized and clean picking path.
- Operate picking equipment such as RF scanners and pallet jacks safely.
- Report any discrepancies or damages to inventory immediately.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Contribute to achieving team picking goals and maintaining productivity.
- Ensure all orders are picked accurately to minimize errors and returns.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring frequent motion and sustained periods of standing and walking.
- Capacity for Lifting items up to 40 lbs regularly.
- Familiarity with warehouse layouts and inventory systems.
- Understanding of basic logistics operations.
- Strong sense of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Commitment to Safety and following instructions precisely.
