Responsibilities:
- Locate and retrieve products for customer orders using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Verify item accuracy and quantities.
- Transport picked items to the designated packing or shipping area.
- Maintain clean and organized picking locations.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including wearing required PPE.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to a supervisor.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring repetitive motion and lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, often physically demanding logistics environment.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
