- Reading pick lists or using scanning devices to identify items to be picked.
- Locating and retrieving products from warehouse shelves and storage areas.
- Verifying the accuracy of picked items against order details.
- Transporting picked items to the packing or staging area.
- Maintaining a clean and organized picking path.
- Assisting with inventory counts as needed.
- Operating hand trucks and pallet jacks safely.
- Reporting any discrepancies or damaged items found during picking.
- Following all company Safety rules and procedures.
- Meeting established picking speed and accuracy targets.
