Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders based on pick sheets or RF scanner guidance.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Transport picked items to designated packing or staging areas.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in picking zones.
- Adhere to all Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Wear mandatory PPE, such as safety shoes and vests.
- Operate manual pallet jacks or other order-picking equipment.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or equipment issues.
- Contribute to efficient warehouse operations and logistics flow.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as directed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting and to stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with warehouse layouts and order picking systems.
- Understanding of basic logistics and inventory control.
- Commitment to Safety and proper use of PPE.
