- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specific requirements.
- Scan and record inventory into the warehouse management system.
- Prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on Safety.
- Utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Follow instructions for safe Lifting and material handling.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of fulfillment processes and Logistics efficiency.
