Job Summary:
We are hiring a Picker/Packer for our busy warehouse in Columbus, Ohio! This role is fundamental to our order fulfillment process, ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for accurately picking items from warehouse shelves based on order sheets, assembling orders, and preparing them for shipment. Key duties include using RF scanners, operating pallet jacks, and ensuring that all items are packed securely and correctly labeled. This position requires attention to detail, speed, and accuracy. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle tasks involving significant Lifting. Safety is our top priority, so strict adherence to all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is required. Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Must be reliable and punctual.

- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Stage packed orders for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory checks as needed.
- Perform tasks involving frequent and substantial Lifting.
