Job Summary:

The job requires physical stamina, including consistent Lifting, and a strong focus on Safety. You will be expected to wear and utilize all designated PPE throughout your shift.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations using order sheets or RF scanners.
- Inspect picked items for damage before packaging.
- Package products securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate shipping materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Stage packed orders for pickup by delivery personnel.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and warehouse procedures.
- Contribute to team efforts and overall warehouse efficiency.
- Properly use and maintain required PPE at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a warehouse environment is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of items weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and reach for extended periods.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliability and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to adhere to all company policies, including wearing specified PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
