Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from designated warehouse locations according to order specifications.
- Use RF scanners and order sheets to identify and retrieve products.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring they are ready for transit.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items and packed orders.
- Prepare packages for shipping, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Contribute to the overall success of our logistics and fulfillment center.
- Perform duties that involve regular Lifting and physical activity.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret product codes and order information.
- Experience with RF scanners is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet productivity targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to perform tasks involving frequent Lifting, bending, and standing.
- Strong understanding of warehouse Safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
