Order Picker

Job Summary:
We are hiring an Order Picker for our Cincinnati, Ohio facility. As an Order Picker, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. This role is a key component of our supply chain and logistics operations, demanding efficiency, accuracy, and a commitment to quality. Responsibilities:

• Accurately retrieve items from warehouse locations based on customer orders.
• Utilize RF scanning technology to track inventory movement and confirm picks.
• Stage picked items for packing and shipment.
• Conduct quality checks on picked items to ensure accuracy and condition.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers safely.
• Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines, including the correct use of PPE.
• Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
• Engage in frequent Lifting and maneuvering of products, up to 50 lbs.
• Contribute to the overall productivity and success of our logistics operations.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is desirable.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners.
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to perform sustained physical activity, including frequent Lifting.
Good understanding of logistics and warehouse best practices.
Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
