Responsibilities:
- Accurately select and gather products based on customer orders and pick lists.
- Utilize RF scanners and other technology to track picked items and inventory levels.
- Verify product information (SKU, quantity, condition) before confirming picks.
- Stage picked items in designated areas for packing or shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation as needed.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as required.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and navigate warehouse aisles.
- Capability of Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to following Safety guidelines and wearing appropriate PPE.
