Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as an Order Picker in San Jose, California! This role is central to our efficient warehouse operations, requiring you to accurately and efficiently pick items to fulfill customer orders. You will navigate the warehouse using order sheets or scanning equipment, locate specified products, and prepare them for packing and shipment. Your speed, accuracy, and attention to detail are crucial for customer satisfaction and the smooth flow of our logistics chain. We emphasize a strong commitment to Safety and provide all necessary PPE. This position involves significant physical activity, including walking, bending, reaching, and potentially some Lifting. Experience with RF scanners and a familiarity with warehouse layouts are advantageous. We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, reliable, and eager to contribute to a productive team environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
  • Utilize RF scanners or pick lists to identify and locate items.
  • Ensure the correct quantity and type of item is picked.
  • Transport picked items to the packing or staging area.
  • Maintain a clean and organized picking path.
  • Adhere strictly to all Safety regulations and procedures.
  • Wear and use required PPE at all times.
  • Report any inventory discrepancies or damages found.
  • Assist with other warehouse tasks as directed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse setting is preferred.
  • Ability to walk, stand, and bend for extended periods.
  • Capability for moderate Lifting of items up to 30 lbs.
  • Proficiency with RF scanners is a plus.
  • Understanding of basic Logistics and warehouse operations.
  • Strong focus on Safety and efficiency.
