Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse inventory according to order tickets or electronic devices.
- Verify that picked items match order requirements, checking for quantity and product type.
- Pack items securely and appropriately for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Label packages correctly for shipping.
- Stage packed orders for pickup by carriers.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock put-away when required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily picking and packing targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse work is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret order forms and product labels.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety best practices and the use of PPE.
- Good manual dexterity and coordination.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
