Prior experience in a picking or packing role within a warehouse setting is beneficial. Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously throughout the shift. Must be able to perform tasks accurately and efficiently, often under time pressure. Strong commitment to workplace safety and the proper use of PPE. Capable of lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 lbs. A team-oriented mindset and good communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Must be able to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order details, using scanners or pick lists.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order requirements.
- Pack products carefully and securely, using appropriate shipping materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipment to various destinations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and contribute to general warehouse tidiness.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including the mandated use of PPE.
- Meet established daily productivity goals and quality standards.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, such as restocking or organizing.
- Safely handle items, with the ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
