Ability to perform repetitive tasks and frequent lifting . A strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Willingness to follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE . Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and contribute to effective logistics operations. Good stamina and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders based on pick lists or scanner requirements.
- Locate and retrieve products from warehouse shelves and storage areas.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Stage picked orders for packing and shipping.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety .
- Wear all required PPE , including safety shoes, gloves, and vests.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
- Understand and contribute to the overall logistics process.
- Perform regular lifting of products, often up to 40 lbs.
