Order Picker

Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent Order Picker to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this crucial role within our Logistics operations, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This requires efficiency, speed, and meticulous attention to detail to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include navigating the warehouse using order sheets, locating specified items, and preparing them for packing and shipment. Maintaining a safe working environment is essential, necessitating adherence to all Safety regulations and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The position involves considerable movement throughout the warehouse and may require moderate Lifting. Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
• Verify picked items against order details for accuracy.
• Stage picked items for the packing and shipping departments.
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Follow all company Safety policies and procedures.
• Wear all required PPE diligently.
• Communicate any discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly.
• Contribute to the overall efficiency of our Logistics workflow.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
• Ability to perform tasks involving regular Lifting and carrying.
• Strong understanding of warehouse Safety procedures.
• Familiarity with basic Logistics principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to wear required PPE.
