Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Order Picker for our Durham, North Carolina distribution center. This role is vital to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for efficiently locating, retrieving, and preparing items for shipment. You'll work closely with our logistics team to maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for efficiently locating, retrieving, and preparing items for shipment. You'll work closely with our logistics team to maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanning devices and pick lists.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and shipment.
- Replenish inventory in pick locations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers safely.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient operations.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics and fulfillment processes.
- Regularly engage in Lifting and moving of products.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily picking targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists and product labels.
- Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment safely.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse logistics principles is a plus.
- Dedication to maintaining a safe work environment.
