Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders based on pick lists or scanning technology.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Stage picked orders in designated areas for packing and shipping.
- Operate picking equipment safely, if applicable.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all Safety standards.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damages promptly.
- Ensure proper use of all required PPE.
- Follow all Lifting guidelines to prevent injuries.
- Support the overall Safety initiatives within the Logistics department.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is beneficial.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Must be able to perform frequent Lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and order details.
- Reliable and punctual.
