Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations according to order fulfillment sheets.
- Inspect picked items for quality and any potential damage.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Verify order accuracy before sealing and preparing for shipment.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and surrounding area.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and use required PPE at all times.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily picking and packing targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent lifting, up to 40 pounds.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
