Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations using pick lists or scanners.
- Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, contributing to overall Safety.
- Operate manual equipment like pallet jacks as needed.
- Assist with inventory counts and put-away of stock.
- Follow all company policies and procedures diligently.
- Ensure proper use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily picking goals.
- Report any discrepancies or equipment issues to a supervisor promptly.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform moderate Lifting, up to 40 lbs, frequently throughout the shift.
- Prior experience in order picking or warehouse roles is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of basic warehouse logistics and operations.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all guidelines.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Willingness to wear and utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Reliable and punctual attendance is essential.
