Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Locate and retrieve products from warehouse shelves using pick lists or handheld scanners.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Package picked items securely for shipment, following established guidelines.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers (if trained and certified).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Meet or exceed daily picking quotas while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Communicate any issues or discrepancies with inventory or orders to supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, involving constant movement, bending, and Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Proficiency with handheld scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Strong commitment to workplace Safety.
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
