Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations using pick lists or scanning devices.
- Verify the quantity and item details against customer orders.
- Pack orders carefully to ensure product safety during transit.
- Apply appropriate shipping labels and prepare packages for shipping.
- Conduct quality checks to confirm order accuracy and prevent errors.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Meet established performance standards for picking and packing.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of up to 45 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and order entry.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and proper PPE usage.
