- Accurately pick items from inventory using pick lists or scanners.
- Carefully pack items into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring they are protected.
- Verify that all items and quantities match the customer order.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse area.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety protocols and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE .
- Meet daily picking and packing quotas and quality standards.
- Assist with inventory control, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Handle products with care to prevent damage during the picking and packing process.
- Perform other duties as assigned, which may involve some Lifting of packages up to 40 pounds.
