Fulfillment Associate

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick sheets.
• Pack items safely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
• Verify order contents for accuracy before packaging.
• Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for outbound logistics.
• Conduct quality checks on picked and packed items.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and surrounding area.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, such as stocking and cycle counts.
• Follow all company policies and Safety guidelines.
• Meet productivity goals and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is advantageous.
• Ability to perform frequent Lifting of up to 45 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Basic math and reading skills required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Dedication to workplace Safety and correct usage of PPE.
