In this role, you will be at the forefront of our e-commerce operations, responsible for efficiently picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. You will work collaboratively with other team members to meet daily fulfillment goals and contribute to the overall success of our Logistics operations. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse shelves using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring they are protected during transit.
- Verify order details to ensure accuracy before packing and shipping.
- Operate packing equipment, such as tape machines and box erectors.
- Print and apply shipping labels correctly.
- Stage packed orders for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse cleanliness.
- Adhere to all Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Perform occasional Lifting of boxes and other items, up to 50 pounds.
- Contribute to efficient Logistics processes by completing tasks accurately and on time.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock rotation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and occasional Lifting.
- Familiarity with warehouse Safety practices.
- Team-oriented and able to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Comfortable using technology such as RF scanners.
- Commitment to following all Safety guidelines and procedures.
