In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. As a Fulfillment Associate, you are at the heart of our logistics operations, directly impacting customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves using order lists or scanning equipment.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring products are protected during transit.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging orders.
- Conduct quality checks on picked items and packed orders to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed, following all safety protocols.
- Meet or exceed established productivity and quality standards.
- Assist with other warehouse duties such as stocking, replenishment, and general housekeeping.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere within our logistics hub.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and understand order pick lists and product information.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing.
- Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including frequent bending, stooping, and lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Willingness to learn and operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Understanding of logistics and order fulfillment processes.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all PPE requirements.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Must be reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
