Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from shelves based on customer orders using scanning devices.
- Inspect products for damage before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping boxes or mailers.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all logistics safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment.
- Wear all mandated PPE, including safety glasses and protective footwear.
- Be prepared for tasks involving lifting and moving packages up to 35 lbs.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, order fulfillment, or e-commerce logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Capacity for lifting and carrying items up to 35 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics procedures.
- Must be safety-conscious and adhere to all safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
