Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary:

As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a key role in our warehouse operations, responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanning equipment.
• Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
• Label and prepare packages for outgoing logistics.
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
• Practice safe Lifting techniques throughout the shift.
• Contribute to overall warehouse efficiency and flow.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and PPE.
• A strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Understanding of basic logistics principles.
