Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary:
Join our team as a Fulfillment Associate in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and play a vital role in our e-commerce operations! We are seeking dedicated individuals to pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. This role requires accuracy, speed, and a commitment to providing excellent service. You will be responsible for fulfilling customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring that products are handled with care and shipped out promptly. A strong understanding of warehouse procedures and a dedication to Safety are essential. The ideal candidate is a team player, comfortable with physical tasks including frequent Lifting, and committed to wearing the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This is a great entry-level position within our Logistics network, offering opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick products based on customer orders.
• Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
• Verify order accuracy before packing.
• Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station.
• Adhere to all warehouse Safety policies and procedures.
• Use required PPE at all times.
• Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
• Contribute to meeting daily fulfillment goals.
• Be prepared for tasks involving regular Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
• Support the overall Logistics flow of goods.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is a plus.
• Ability to perform tasks requiring frequent Lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Commitment to workplace Safety and the use of PPE.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
