Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on customer orders.
- Inspect and pack items securely for shipment.
- Label packages and prepare them for outgoing logistics.
- Use scanning devices to track inventory movement.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and utilize mandatory PPE.
- Perform tasks involving regular Lifting and moving of products.
- Meet productivity targets and quality standards.
- Support the overall fulfillment and shipping process.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in order fulfillment or a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand order forms and instructions.
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, and frequent Lifting.
- Awareness of warehouse Safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
