Job Summary:
We are hiring Order Pickers for our Cincinnati, Ohio distribution center! Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Verify item numbers and quantities.
- Stage picked orders for packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company **Safety** policies and procedures.
- Properly use required **PPE**.
- Report any discrepancies or damages to supervisors.
- Meet established picking performance standards.
- Participate in general warehouse duties as needed.
- Perform tasks involving **Lifting** up to 40 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and product labels.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Capability to perform tasks involving **Lifting** up to 40 lbs.
- Understanding of **PPE** and warehouse **Safety** protocols.
- Familiarity with **Logistics** processes is a plus.
