Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves using order sheets or scanning equipment.
- Pack items carefully and securely into appropriate shipping containers.
- Verify that picked items match order details, ensuring accuracy in quantities and product codes.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks as needed.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the use of required PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Meet or exceed productivity targets while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking and packing or a warehouse environment is advantageous.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Capacity for lifting items up to 40 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
