Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate for our New York City, New York location. This role is crucial for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be involved in all aspects of order processing within our dynamic logistics environment, maintaining high standards of efficiency and safety.
Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack a variety of customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
• Ensure correct items and quantities are selected for each order.
• Package orders securely and efficiently, applying appropriate shipping labels.
• Process returns and exchanges according to company procedures.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent picking and stock rotation.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks and dollies.
• Keep the fulfillment area clean, organized, and free of obstructions.
• Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily fulfillment quotas and deadlines.
• Strictly follow all safety regulations and utilize required PPE.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in order fulfillment, e-commerce, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and the correct use of PPE.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of logistics and inventory control principles is a plus.
