Join our fast-paced fulfillment center as a Fulfillment Associate in San Antonio, Texas! This role is fundamental to our operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently processed. You will be involved in various aspects of the fulfillment process, from receiving and stocking inventory to picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. The Fulfillment Associate plays a key part in maintaining the high standards of service our customers expect.
Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming inventory, verify quantities, and stock items in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick customer orders accurately using scanning technology and order sheets.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring items are protected during transit.
- Prepare packages for shipment, applying labels and arranging for carrier pickup.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counting to maintain accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Meet or exceed productivity targets while ensuring order quality.
- Perform other duties as assigned, which may involve some Lifting of packages.
