Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary:

Safety is paramount; all employees must adhere strictly to Safety guidelines and utilize the provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) consistently. This position requires the ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. We value individuals who are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and possess strong organizational skills. Previous experience in a similar role within logistics or warehousing is a plus. Responsibilities:

• Efficiently pick and pack orders according to specifications.
• Verify product accuracy before packing.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
• Follow all established Safety procedures.
• Wear and utilize all required PPE.
• Participate in inventory cycle counts.
• Meet productivity targets for picking and packing.
• Assist in maintaining warehouse organization.
• Communicate any issues or concerns to supervisors.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical capability to perform tasks including repeated Lifting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
• Dedication to maintaining a high standard of Safety.
• Must wear and use PPE as required.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
